Haute Hounds is in the business of designing and manufacturing luxury harnesses and pet accessories for your four-legged family members. Our designer-owned small business is based in Kirkland, Washington with all of our products made in the USA.

Here are our store policies:

Design: All products are unique and designed by Denise Rosen. As with any designer-exclusive products, there may be slight material variations due to limited fabric inventories. We will always do our best to ensure that these variations do not affect the overall look, quality, or functionality of our products.

Payment: Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. All prices are in US Dollars. We cannot accept foreign currency payments.

Taxes: We will charge for taxes that are required by states and localities based on your shipping address.

Timing: We have limited inventory which is noted on the website. Items in inventory will be ship within 24-48 hours. When a style is out of stock/inventory or when we need to create something especially for you please contact us directly for a delivery quote.

Rush orders: May be accommodated depending on our schedule. Please note, there may be an added cost. Contact us at the email address below for more information. Once your order is placed, we will give you an estimated date of delivery.

Reorders: While we always do our best to accommodate your wishes, please note that it may not be possible to resupply certain sizes due to limited supplies of raw materials.

Shipping: We ship via USPS Priority Mail; this included a tracking number with delivery in 3 or 4 days.

Express shipping: is available there is an added cost please contact us at info@hautehounds.com for more information.

Please note, we have no control over any shippers and cannot be responsible for any delays or lost packages beyond the shipper’s guarantee.

Please ensure your address is entered correctly we cannot be responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.

For International Customers: Items shipped out of the U.S. will be shipped either via USPS First Class (10 - 14 business days, no tracking) OR Priority (with tracking, at extra cost), please contact us for a quote.

Satisfaction Guaranteed: Our handmade harnesses are unique and as individual as the dogs who wear them. We are confident that your four-legged family member will love everything you order from us!

If you need of a different size let us know. We will send you a replacement on your original payment method, and then credit your payment method when the original is sent back to us.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know at info@hautehounds.com we want to hear from you. Give us a chance to make things right.

Please contact us within 14 days from date of purchase for a return authorization. Return any unused item with your return authorization for a full refund to your original payment method.

Privacy: We value our customers’ privacy. We will never share our mailing list or customer’s personal information with anyone!
